Name: player handle or name Age: each player must be over eighteen Contact: plurk, discord, email, pm ( preferred method of contact ) Timezone: EST, CST, etc Other Character(s): who else do you play in game? if apping a third or fourth character, please include your extra activity links here. Each player may have up to two characters and can app them in during the same round. To app a third character a player must submit two regular proofs of activity plus two extra proofs for each character they already play. The proofs must be either in-game threads or from the Test Drive meme and must meet regular AC levels. To add a fourth character, the above requirements must be met, plus previous characters must have been in game for six months. Threads submitted for activity can be started in any month but the tags have to be from the current activity period ( this would be anything that could have been used on the most recent activity post ). Please link them starting with the tag that shows the correct date as this really helps us out. |
Name: character name Door: left or right; if using a door pass please link and label appropriately. to use a door pass, link either a top level or a thread (five or more comments from their character) from the TDM and title the link as "Door Pass." Canon: canon name Canon Point: canon point character is pulled from Age: physical and mental age Appearance: a link to a picture or a written description. please do not use links from wikis as they often break. upload your images to IMGUR if need be. History: this can be linked or written out CR AU (Optional): if your character is a CR AU from another game, please describe their history in that game and how their previous game has affected their personality. if not a CR AU, feel free to delete this section. Personality: this should be a bullet point list of one positive and three negative traits, no more no less, with each bullet point containing an elaboration of how that trait manifests in the character's personality. please provide canon examples of how and where those traits appear and remember that one of your character's negative traits must be listed at the top of the application as their top negative trait. if this is not done, your application will be rejected. POSITIVE TRAIT: Name of Positive Trait: Describe your character's positive trait and back it up with canon examples. TOP NEGATIVE TRAIT: Name of Negative Trait: Describe your character's top negative trait and back it up with canon examples. This will be the trait listed at the top of your application. NEGATIVE TRAIT: Name of Second Negative Trait: Describe a second negative trait for your character and back it up with canon examples. NEGATIVE TRAIT: Name of Third Negative Trait: Describe a third negative trait for your character and back it up with canon examples. Powers and Abilities: list all powers and abilities here. list nerfs for game breaking abilities. Inventory: characters may bring in up to three items. they can be anything that they can carry, including pets. clothing won't count and doesn't need to be listed. items that can carry something else (backpack, etc.) count as one and everything inside would count each as an individual item. no vehicles. Samples: samples may be written or linked. we ask for one that shows the way a character thinks and one that shows how they communicate. |
