Remember that all assets covered on this page must have mod approval before being introduced into the game and follow the requirements. Mod approval can be obtained by posting on the Housing page for housing and Feedback for everything else. Please wait for a response before posting your assets on this page and include the link to your approval when you add the new asset. All new acquisitions or transfers will require approval. If your character obtains anything covered on this page after your initial comment, respond to your character's comment at the time of approval. Although we don't intend to police your overall RP, we will ask that any thread involving unapproved housing or businesses be removed from the community in which it is posted. Please make a single player comment with your handle in the subject line and reply to it with separate comments for every character you play rather than one comment with all characters. « Has the character been dropped and re-apped?: Y - I dropped for a month after my dad was hospitalized, and because of those circumstances when I came back the mods were cool with me picking up where I left off rather than starting over.

« How did the character attain the income to buy/rent the house?: Back when Derek was a Dom, he worked as a part time mechanic until he'd been there long enough to buy the garage. He used that money to buy private property, but after becoming a Sub, he lost his job/business and thought he was going to lose his house, too - he contracted with his previous Dom who seized his assets and let him live there as part of their contract, and his current Dom now owns the property.

« How was this vehicle/horse attained?: He pieced together a jeep from a shell and spare parts over a few months back when he was a Dom, which was a gift for his first sub back before his designation switched and then stayed with him when his sub dropped. His personal car he just bought on his own, again when he was a Dom. After his assets were seized during the swap, they probably technically belonged to his Dom for a while? But for all intents and purposes they're his.
