ASSETS PAGE
Remember that all assets covered on this page must have mod approval before being introduced into the game and follow the requirements. Mod approval can be obtained by posting on the Housing page for housing and Feedback for everything else. Please wait for a response before posting your assets on this page and include the link to your approval when you add the new asset. All new acquisitions or transfers will require approval. If your character obtains anything covered on this page after your initial comment, respond to your character's comment at the time of approval. Although we don't intend to police your overall RP, we will ask that any thread involving unapproved housing or businesses be removed from the community in which it is posted. Please make a single player comment with your handle in the subject line and reply to it with separate comments for every character you play rather than one comment with all characters. Please put your character, their canon, and their designation in their individual subject lines. |

« « « HOUSING
« Does this character live in private housing?: Y
« If yes, who owns/rents this housing?: Nate owns half of a Duplex. The other half is owned by his friend Cyram; they bought it and moved at the same time. Nate's half includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a basement. The garden is a communal area for both residences.

« Occupants and designations (D/s) of each residence?: Nate is the Dom, and currently lives only with Stephen Day, his submissive.
« How was this housing obtained?: Purchased outright.
« How did the character attain the income to buy/rent the house?: He bought it after having established himself as both a maker and seller of wearable magic charms, and a performing witch. He has been working both jobs since his entry into Duplicity, and used to rent space to perform before he owned his theatre. Also prior to owning the theatre, he made and sold charms out of his apartment (public housing).

Having worked for those months, he took over the theatre with his savings and now uses it as the physical base for both businesses. He also has never done anything about his porn clone, so has additional income from that.
